Understanding Your Nervous System, Stress & Burnout: Navigating workplace & community during prolonged times of stress


This is an engaging webinar that will introduce participants to the types of stress on the stress continuum and what can be done to recover from fatigue and burnout. It will include an overview of the biological function of the nervous system and strategies for regulation. Participants will understand the relationship between social connectedness and stress tolerance and management.

Ideal for

COFP grantees, which are made up of prevention professionals, community coalition members, mobilizers, non-profit groups, local public health agency professionals and others.
