Resilience Toolkit

Resilience has traditionally been defined as an individual's ability to bounce back from life's adversity, cope with stressors, and deal with these stressors in healthy ways. However, this is an imperfect definition. This online toolkit will help us define resilience accurately, explore how stress manifests, and figure out how best to exhibit resilience through the effects of stress to bridge differences to become trusted messengers and further the health of their communities.
