This toolkit provides comprehensive guidelines for creating and implementing standards that enable hiring managers to thoughtfully and intentionally recruit, interview, and hire a diverse pool of candidates. 
  2. Stay Interview Toolkit: Explore effective strategies for using stay interviews as a key tool for staff retention. This toolkit offers actionable recommendations to enhance employee satisfaction, strengthen organizational culture, and support strategic HR decisions.

What to Expect

In this 60 minute webinar, the Public Health Institute at Denver Health (PHIDH) will walk through two toolkits and discuss strategies for fostering inclusivity in your hiring process and enhancing employee retention.
