Workshop AccessAfter you register, you’ll receive a link to a short needs assessment. You must complete this assessment before you can access the course content. The course materials will be available 2 weeks before the course orientation. You will receive additional instructions from the course support person at that time. Make sure you sign in prior to your first live session to complete the required activities and ensure you know how to connect with your camera. Computers (laptops/desktops) are preferred, but please let us know if you need to operate from a tablet or mobile phone so we can assist you. We will be using Zoom for our Live Learning Sessions. Topics: Mental health post-pandemic, resilience science and performance, the role of emotions, the coherence concept, psychological safety, and leading with a trauma-informed lens towards engagement, job satisfaction, wellbeing, and performance.
