In this course, we highlight the essential role of the education community in advancing health equity. We provide practical tools to integrate health equity principles into school environments using the Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child (WSCC) model. Participants will gain skills and feel empowered to analyze data, identify disparities, and develop and implement data-driven strategies that support the health and well-being of students.
