Facilitation: From Brainstorming to Decision Making

This three-part workshop will provide in-depth practice and practical tools to support you as you facilitate the decision-making process with groups. Sessions will be highly interactive as participants explore facilitation processes, tips, and tricks for brainstorming, narrowing down and evaluating ideas, and coming to a decision. Whether you are working with a group of staff or community partners, build your confidence and fill your toolbox for inclusive and intentional facilitation practices.

Each session will build upon the previous, so please register only if you are able to commit to attending all three sessions. Space is limited.
