Join us for a webinar exploring how the Learning Agenda for Systems Change (LASC) Toolkit 2.0 can be applied in real-world public health practice!

The session will begin with a brief overview of the LASC Toolkit 2.0 and how it supports systems change efforts by helping teams identify root causes, foster collaboration, and develop strategies for lasting impact.

Through a featured case study, Amanda Mehl, Public Health Administrator for the Boone County Health Department, will share her experience identifying and framing a public health challenge, engaging partners and community members, applying concepts and tools from the LASC Toolkit 2.0, and taking action to support implementation. The session will conclude with lessons learned, successes, challenges, and opportunities for future application.

Participants will also have the opportunity to ask Amanda questions about her experience applying systems change approaches in her community, as well as questions about the LASC Toolkit 2.0.
